Our approach is shaped by experience championing major initiatives and a deep understanding of how to implement modern digital tools within the Navy enterprise. We are experts in applying Agile Scrum, having led a Naval Innovative Science & Engineering (NISE) project on its implementation and presented our results at national conferences. We have also spearheaded the rollout of enterprise collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence, which have resulted in a 71% increase in user adoption at a major command.
