Risk Management

We take a proactive and comprehensive approach to risk management. Our leadership has directly managed high-risk operational events, including providing oversight for the Surface to Surface Mission Module (SSMM) installation where immature technical documentation posed a significant safety risk. We are at the forefront of Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), having provided strategic guidance to mitigate cybersecurity risks by initiating a collaborative effort with NSWC Crane and the Department of Energy (DoE) to leverage best practices and co-develop new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for vetting IT parts.
